The rooftop area was great with a pool and a comfortable area to relax. The rooms were comfortable and secure, with aircon, a fan, and a safe. The hostel was relatively close to the center, making it convenient for exploring the city.
The room could have been cleaned more frequently, especially during our one-week stay. The breakfast was inconsistent, with limited options and sometimes dry food.

The breakfast could be improved, especially in terms of filling up items more promptly.

The staff at Viajero were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home during my stay. The facilities and grounds were well-maintained and clean, providing a pleasant environment. The rooftop area with the pool had a fantastic view and was a great spot to relax. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center.
Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as limited hot water in the showers and the presence of small bugs, these were minor inconveniences that can be expected in a tropical setting.

Comfy and clean rooms with nice common areas. Convenient location with buses directly going to Rodadero or very close to the center.- Great facilities, including a pool.- Friendly and helpful staff, ready to answer any questions.- Private bunks and safety bracelets for belongings.
Intense air conditioning system during the evening, had to ask staff to turn it off. Misinformation from reception regarding Tayrona National Park tickets, which could disappoint foreign travelers.

The dinner at the hostel was delicious and had a good price. I really enjoyed the swimming pool on the rooftop, it was a nice place to relax.
The noise from an external party on the rooftop kept me up until 3am. Despite complaining multiple times, the music was not turned down.

The rooftop pool was definitely the highlight of my stay. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. The location was also great, close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area. The spacious rooms and clean bathrooms were another plus point.
One major downside was the noise level during my stay. The music played loudly throughout the day, making it difficult to work or relax.

The value for money at this hostel was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, and the private bathroom was a great feature. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the old town and a supermarket. The staff, especially Maria and Carlos at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
The breakfast experience could have been better with a wider variety of options.

Loved the clean and comfortable rooms, they were a perfect setting for a romantic escape. The rooftop bar and pool were truly amazing, with breathtaking views that added a touch of magic to our stay. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even more enjoyable, always ready to assist with a smile.
The location was not ideal, especially in the evenings when it was recommended to take a taxi to town. there was a constant queue at the reception which caused delays in getting assistance.
